Service Description

The JNCL-NCLIS Student Advocacy Academy equips students with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to advocate for language education on Capitol Hill and in their own communities

Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Your place in the Academy is confirmed only after payment has been received. Cancellations Registration fees are non-refundable and registrations are non-transferable. If JNCL-NCLIS cancels the Academy, participants will receive a full refund. Attendance The Student Advocacy Academy is a four-session interactive virtual program. Participants are encouraged to attend all live sessions to receive the full benefit of the Academy. Technology Participants should join each session using a reliable internet connection and are encouraged to have a working camera and microphone for interactive activities. Media Release By registering, participants grant JNCL-NCLIS permission to use photographs, screenshots, video, audio, testimonials, and other content created during the Academy for educational, promotional, advocacy, fundraising, and communication purposes. For participants under 18, registration by a parent or legal guardian constitutes consent. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally throughout the Academy.
