attend the Legislative Day and Delegate Assembly.

-During Legislative Day, I realize that I am part of a larger delegation of
language advocates participating in Congressional visits from my state and
across the country. I also understand that JNCL-NCLIS goes to great effort to
schedule visits on behalf of participants and, therefore, agree to attend the
visits that have been scheduled. I will notify JNCL-NCLIS immediately if I
intend to make appointments on my own behalf or for all attendees from my state
and if any changes occur regarding my ability to attend the scheduled Capitol
Hill visits.
